1.葱白,葱叶分开切成段,再切点葱花。

2.起锅烧水,下面条煮熟,面条煮至9成熟即可。

3.面条捞出,过凉水。

4.另起锅烧油,五成油温。

5.先下葱白部分,小火慢炸。

6.葱白炸至金黄,捞出丢掉不用。

7.再下入葱叶部分,继续小火慢炸,炸至金黄。

8.炸好的葱油,也可以一次多做一点。

9.蚝油,生抽,老抽,白糖搅拌均匀。

10.倒入面条,搅拌均匀。
